Our Fit 4 Victory adult classes will empower you with confidence, self-defense strategies, and self-protection skills, improving your physical and cardiovascular fitness. More importantly, you train with fun, friendly people and receive supportive encouragement in an exciting environment!

Adult Martial Arts Classes
 

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: 

  •  Come join our BJJ adult community. Learn a complete grappling system using ground clinches, takedown, ground transitions, and submissions for competition or self-defense. Join us for an excellent rolling experience. 
     
  • Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 PM


Individual and Family Taekwondo: 

  • Do you need a fun activity for the entire family? The family that trains together bonds together. The whole family can get into shape, learn new skills, and enjoy a stress-free time of bonding while learning self-defense and self-protection, developing and building self-confidence. 
     
  • Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 PM
     

Okinawan Karate: 

  • Karate is ideal for adults because it trains a person for self-defense while providing a full-body workout. It also serves to develop self-confidence and is an excellent form of stress release. Synonymous with Karate, self-defense and inner self-confidence are vital takeaways that will benefit you from regular training.
     
  • Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 PM



Self-Defense Strategies and Self-Protection Techniques: 

  • Certified self-defense instructors lead our interactive classes. You will learn self-defense strategies, develop situational awareness skills, and practice practical self-protection techniques that do not require prior martial arts experience. Although athletic skill is not needed, the desire to empower yourself is! All fitness levels are welcome. 
     
  • Wednesday at 7:00 PM
  • Friday at 6:00 PM

     

12RND Kickboxing & Fitness Classes: 

  • Are you looking for a challenge? We use real mixed martial arts techniques, aerobic activity, endurance conditioning, and strength training in our kickboxing fitness classes to provide a tremendous whole-body workout. Get fit, increase stamina, have more energy, burn calories, and have fun doing it. Morning and evening classes are available.
     
  • Tuesday and Thursday at 7:00 PM

     

Japanese Swordsmanship / Weapons & Tactics: 

  • Augment your current martial arts training, or learn new skills as a hobby. Our weapons and tactics curriculums provide familiarity and proficiency with traditional martial arts weapons and common everyday items. 
     
  • Monday and Wednesday at 6:30 PM

     

Krav Maga Tactics and Self-Defense Techniques: 

  • All martial arts styles and fitness levels are welcome, from novice to advanced, with no experience to the experienced. This curriculum is 100% scenario-based; this class will prepare you to defend and protect yourself, your family, your friends, and your loved ones.

Muay Thai Conditioning and Self-Defense:  

  • Experience the power and precision of Muay Thai training - the ultimate martial art that transforms bodies and minds! Unleash your inner warrior as you embark on a journey of self-discovery, strength, and confidence. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced fighter, our supportive community will push you to new heights, helping you achieve your fitness goals and unleash your full potential.

JUDO: 

  • Judo is a martial art born in Japan and known worldwide as an Olympic sport. Judo was created in 1882 by combining jiu-jitsu, a form of close combat, with a system of unarmed combat. In every Judo class, you will pull and push muscles and improve your core strength, flexibility, cardio, and overall fitness. Learning Judo can help you achieve the best physical shape you've ever been in. It's an excellent way to lose weight, strengthen your muscles, and acquire the essential knowledge to defend yourself.
