At Victory Martial Arts & Fitness, our mission is to do more than train martial art practitioners. In a safe, clean, and friendly environment, our goal is to develop strong citizens who positively influence their homes, schools, businesses, and communities.
Our youth development martial arts curriculum promotes good health, encourages self-confidence and perseverance, develops self-discipline and respect for others, and increases self-esteem.
Our approach to teaching martial arts seeks to promote the overall development of our student's motor and social skills while strengthening their coordination, balance, and self-awareness. At every level, we teach using positive reinforcement techniques.
Our class environment provides:

- A constructive means of expressing energies.
- A sense of accomplishment.
Classes are filled with positive affirmations, applause, and encouragement, where children learn that there are no limits to what they can be or do in life. Students are encouraged to build social skills and make new friends.
Martial Arts Youth Development Classes
Boxing & Conditioning:
- Our Boxing and Conditioning classes for kids aren't just a physical activity. Our classes have many vital benefits for children and young adults to develop physicality, become independent, and learn self-discipline and self-defense. We teach self-discipline as the most critical principle; kids learn to control their negative emotions, increase patience and focus, and strengthen themselves physically and mentally. (Ages 13 and Up)

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu:
- Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes are great ways for your children to hone their focus, release pent-up energy, learn to follow directions, and strengthen their bodies and minds. Our BJJ students learn to develop self-defense skills and the mindset to take on everything life offers.
- Monday and Wednesday at 1:30 PM | Jiu-Jitu Home School Class Ages 5 through 12
- Tuesday and Thursday at 4:00 PM | Jiu-Jitsu Menehunes Ages 5 through 8
- Tuesday and Thursday at 5:00 PM | Jiu-Jitsu Youth Ages 9 through young adults
Karate:
- Can Karate help in youth development? Yes. Karate is a constructive, healthy activity that can help your child build social skills and improve behavior. It also strengthens the entire body, improves coordination, quickens reflexes, and builds stamina and overall health.
- Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 PM
Krav Maga & Self-Defense:
- Our Krav Maga classes teach valuable lessons about dedication, responsibility, and grace under pressure, from fending off bullies to tackling homework. Our Krav Maga classes also help children develop core values like courage, confidence, camaraderie, self-discipline, and self-respect. (Ages 11 and Up)

Muay Thai Conditioning and Self-Defense
- Experience the power and precision of Muay Thai training - the ultimate martial art that transforms bodies and minds! Unleash your inner warrior as you embark on a journey of self-discovery, strength, and confidence. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced fighter, our supportive community will push you to new heights, helping you achieve your fitness goals and unleash your full potential. (Open to ages 7 and up)

Taekwondo:
- Complement your child's education with the benefits of our youth development martial arts training. Some benefits include improved physical fitness, confidence, listening skills, balance & coordination, discipline, confidence, self-esteem, and self-defense tactics. Our curriculum is suitable for beginners and advanced students.
- Monday and Wednesday at 4:00 PM | Taekwondo Home School Ages 5 through 12
- Tuesday and Thursday at 1:30 PM | Taekwondo Home School Ages 5 through 12
- Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 PM. | Taekwondo Individual and Family
JUDO

Judo is a martial art born in Japan and known worldwide as an Olympic sport. Judo was created in 1882 by combining jiu-jitsu, a form of close combat, with a system of unarmed combat. In every Judo class, you will pull and push muscles and improve your core strength, flexibility, cardio, and overall fitness. Learning Judo can help you achieve the best physical shape you've ever been in. It's an excellent way to lose weight, strengthen your muscles, and acquire the essential knowledge to defend yourself.
